Focus Space turns focused work into something you don’t have to do alone. A focus session is a timed block of deep work — 25, 50, or 90 minutes — with a clear start and a clear finish. You can run one quietly on your own, or join others in a shared session and work side by side. That shared format is what most people mean by virtual coworking or body doubling, and for a lot of us, it’s the difference between meaning to start and actually starting.
Pick a length, set your intention for the block, and begin. A visible timer keeps the session contained, so there’s a natural point to stop instead of drifting for hours — or giving up after five minutes. When the time is up, you log what you moved forward, and that progress feeds into your goals. So each session adds up to something real instead of disappearing the moment it ends.
Body doubling means working alongside other people who are also focused on their own tasks. No one is checking your work or watching over your shoulder — the quiet presence of others is enough to make starting easier and drifting harder. It’s a gentle, low-pressure kind of accountability, and it tends to help most if you find it hard to begin tasks, work from home, or struggle to hold focus on your own. That’s exactly why many people reach for it as an ADHD accountability tool. Prefer complete silence? Run a solo session instead — the choice is yours every time.
At its simplest, Focus Space works like a deep work timer made for real concentration — no endless feed, no notifications fighting for your attention. The distraction guard keeps the noise out so the session stays about the work in front of you. And because your sessions connect to your goals and projects, the momentum doesn’t stop when the timer does — it carries into everything else you’re building here.

Both. You can focus quietly on your own or join others in a shared session, which is often called body doubling.
Choose 25, 50 or 90 minutes, each with a clear start and finish so it’s easy to begin and easy to stop.
Yes. Body doubling and timed deep-work sessions are a popular way to manage focus with ADHD — the structure and gentle accountability make it easier to start and stay with a task. Focus Space works whether or not you have ADHD, but if solo focus is a struggle, this format is built to help.
Anything that needs your full attention — studying, writing, coding, admin, creative work, side projects. You set the intention at the start; the session gives that work a protected, distraction-free container.
